Are all your cookies nut-free?

Yes. All of my recipes are completely nut-free. I use zero nut ingredients.

Please note that certain ingredients, like chocolate, may have warnings on the packaging that they may have come into contact with nuts back at the factory. That's beyond my control, but it also means the risk of cross-contamination is very low.

Are your cookies made in a professional kitchen?

Yes. A local café has been generous enough to let me use their kitchen space.

How big is a box?

Boxes come in two sizes -- 500 g or 1000 g. How many cookies that is depends on what type of cookies you're ordering. I try to provide an estimate of the number of cookies per box on the product page.

Why are deliveries only available Friday and Saturday?

At the moment, ZamJam Cookies is a one-woman operation, so I currently don't have the ability to provide cookies each and every day. Right now cookies are delivered weekly, either on Friday or Saturday, whichever day works best for you. 

Do I have to be there to personally accept my delivery?

No. The delivery driver will try their best to hand your cookies off to you directly, but if that's not possible, the cookies -- packaged inside a box and a plastic bag -- will be left at the delivery address. Please provide any specific delivery instructions when placing your order.

Cookie subscriptions?

Yes, cookie subscriptions! ZamJam Cookies offers a selection of cookies that changes weekly. Our featured offering is the ZamJam Box -- a different assortment every week. You can also subscribe to get a regular order of classic cookies such as chocolate chip or oatmeal and all their variations. Subscriptions are offered weekly, every 2 weeks, or monthly.

Can I cancel my subscription anytime?

Of course. Orders are registered each week by midnight on Wednesday. Just get in contact with me before 11:59 p.m. Wednesday at the latest and your order will be cancelled and you won't be charged.

You can also pause your subscription if you'd like to skip a delivery. Again, just get in contact with me and I'll do what I can to accommodate you.

When do orders need to be placed?

You can place orders days, weeks, or even months in advance. The orders for each week are registered by midnight on Wednesday, so the latest time to place an order for that Friday or Saturday is 11.59 p.m. Wednesday. Any orders placed after midnight Wednesday will be available the next Friday/Saturday.
